I'm also getting the same error, i created the environment same as you and getting the error '
No mapping between account names and security IDs was done. [0x80070534]',Please tell me solution how you sorted out is problem.

Anybody suggestion will be apprecited.

when renaming account
from computer managment > local users and groups > users >
select user > rename
doing so upper to make this problem for me
when renaming back the user to the original name everything works good
